side by side.. which is better. MCP600 or 1250?

RES > PUMP1INLET > PUMP1OUTLET > RAD > CPU > PUMP2INLET > PUMP2OUTLET > RES ??

Will this help me get 1.5 - 2 GPM ?

Also, Wanna save me the trouble and sell me your cascade??
