that's not the point.
however you set up your loop your components will heat the components that are down the line instead of cooling them. if you put your cpu first then the vidcard and the chipset will be getting warm water, you can't help that. If you put the cpu last the the vid card and chipset will be heating the pelt on the cpu, which is bad. since your rad can't go sub ambient you have no control over this.
if you split the water lines then your going to run into problems with flow. eddies and hotspots will start forming because of the water lacking any pressure (since you divide the pressure amongst the two lines). with eddies and hotspots, your cooling won't be very efficient.
that's why I feel that you should get a second loop with it's own rad and especially it's own pump.
