Hey guys.
I need some opinion(s) on a wc rig I saw today at this pc store here in NY that I really liked and I'm thinking of having something similar if u guys think it's ok.
The wc set up is housed in a custom made wooden box,similar in size to a shoe box but a little bigger. On each wall. They have a DD double heatercore with shroud hooked up in parallel with 4 sunon fans sucking air in (2 on each hc), a DD Dual 5 1/4 bay reservoir, an Eheim 1260 ( 600 gph wow
) hooked up to a critiCool powerPlant , TDX Block cooling a 3.4EE, tygon tubing going out from two holes in the box to the tower. They are using a mixture of zerex,DW and some uv dye and the whole wc loop was 1/2".
Now my questions lol, I don't know why they're only cooling the 3.4EE with this set up?? could not ask since everyone was busy with whatever they were doing but I'm sure that pump and those 2 hc can handle any chipset and gpu blocks???
I really liked it, very quiet!! plus I like the idea of the wooden (shiny oak) box
what do u guys think my temps would be if I would go with a set up like this one.
Would it handle the heat southern Florida has to offer lol.
Any comments?? what would u do differently?
