dude, I'm going to tell you straight up on this one, build a case around the cooling part of that. set it up so that the ambient air inside your custom case gets cold and use standard HSF cooling (albeit high-end HSF cooling), should work great.
another alternative might be to try and set up a resevior that would be cooled by the cooler. since I'm rather unfamiliar with the setup of a coke machine cooler I'm not to sure how that one might work.
And last option, try setting up a duct and pipe the cold air through using multiple fans straight to the cpu then outside., kinda like so, sry for the ASCII art. . .

basically get the air to exclusivly cool the cpu, although I think that the coolor is of such power that this option would waste a lot of the cooloers potential.
