Are there any issues with running two machines in parallel on a switched PSU like that? I know it would cause, at a minimum, all machines on the PSU to be synced as far as on/off goes.
Any EEs in the house?

If this was feasible, I was going to help set these up in kind of a rack, and have one act as a PXEboot server.
