I don't trust the onboard thermistor either. I will put in a probe near the core. The coolant temp is accurate. I was running denatured alky but had my pump inlet crack and spilled all over my floor and mobo. Thankfully the computer was off so no fried components. I have distilled+glycol currently but no freezing. The flow out the return line is a trickle so thats why I suspect low pump output. Once I get the flow prob sorted I will go back to alky. So 1 or 2 D4 pumps to hit 2+ GPM ?
