it could be one of my cards...is there a list of cards that dont deal with overclocking well?
I have PC150 memory so thats not it...

Then I have a

Creative Geforce Ultra
SoundBlaster !Live (not value)
3Com 509b NIC
Promise Fasttrack 66 Raid card and
a crappy tv card

Any ideas? Also, why doesnt the PCI bus speed go back to 33 at 166mhz fsb? If its at 33 at 100 and at 33 at 133 shouldnt it be at 33 at 166?
