If i did it this way then the cpu would get the cold water first since its more of a concern than the gfx card. any problems with it? will the hot water comnig from the cpu and gfx card affect the pumps effciency?

ok for starters...
the difrence in temperature of the watter in a running system between any part or parts will be negligable. .5 deg or so...
you will have you pump pumping into your resevoir?
i could be wrong but a pup pushes water better then pulls it..
