Pretty much the only way to see if anything is actually wrong...

If your water temp is really high above ambient (say ambient 25c and your water temp 30+, on a good setup you wont have more than 1-3c dif) then make sure there are not kinks, your pump isnt over loaded or dying and you are getting good air flow through your rad and you have a big enough rad.

If your water temps are good and die temps really high make sure you mounted the blocks well and you have no bubbles in your lines.
