The way that F@H does it's scoring system is like this:
They take whatever the current protein is and fold it on a 2GHz P4; the amount of time it takes to do an entire WU on this machine is the basis for judging points on all other work units recieved. I believe the lowest amount of points you can get for a work unit is 20 If your machine finishes the work unit faster than their base machine (The 2GHz P4) than you get more points accordingly. I would suspect that your P4 2.6 and P-M 1.7 (meg of cache?) are creating the majority of your points. I am not getting many points because I have a lot of machines folding, but they are all shitty. I.E. 5x Celeron 500's in 1U rackmount chassis's, PIII 933, PIII 733, etc.
I am not 100% certain that is the way it works, more like pretty sure :shrug:
