Default Block suitable for a TEC?

Heres a pic of my waterblocks.
One is for just normal cooling (1700+ althlon @ 2.4/~2v), and the other one I am selling. The buyer has asked me if its suitable for cooling a ~230w tec for cpu.

I have a 40mm TEC here from a mini-fridge, which is quite useless (less than 20w). If you look at the above pic and notice the screws accross the width of the block, well the 40mm tec fits between those screws (and so the screw holes at the bottom - the screws dont poke out obviously). Woudl htis be suitable for a 40mm tec? maybe even a 50mm one (the block is acctually exactly 50mm wide)

The base thickness is 1.2mm.
