yeah but that is like buying a premod case..... where is the fun in that? No but seriously if I were to do that how quiet could I modify it to be. All the ones I have seen first hand were pretty loud, sucking/blowing sounding things. How simple would it be to rip it apart and make a custom enclosure (for my own needs) for? I will do some googling on dehumidifiers. Any suggestion on what to look for, particular features that may be advantageous for a water cooling type? Also do you really think my above plan is hopeless or it just a little expensive for minimal gains?

As far as expense, well I am already looking to upgrade my pump and rad so I would only really be buying two blocks & two tecs. Hose is cheap I have an extra psu or two around the house and I also already have the rest of the loop. And the way I look at it, is if I do it right it should last me a good while, give me good temps and peace and quiet. A 120mm Papst FGL is about my limit. I can still hear um spinnin but they are not as annoying as other fans that I have used.

Any other advice on directions to move with this plan or another plan (such as the dehumidifier) or mods to make to the plan are welcomed and appreciated. I am after the white buffalo, I want extreme oc's (not elite oc's) with low, low, low, low noise that I can shoe horn into a small 17x13x5-6 inch high enclosure that will sit underneath my YYcube.
