I have heard both good and bad about the leufkens kits, but if it is aluminum, that is not very good, because the intel and AMD cores are so small. They need a metal that can spread the heat across the surface of the block better... copper. The best route would be to grab an OCWC or Dangerden block, but if you want a small temp drop, you can add a thin copper cold plate between the CPU and the block.
