I have 2 intake fans in the bottom side of my case (90mm).
One I had to remove because it interfered with my water-cooling loop.. The other I currently don't have wired up to run... I should fix that
With the external rad box I will have my hose run a bit differently where I will be able to run both my 90mm fans… they blow directly onto the bottom of the board(pci slots).
I was thinking of adding some ducting to my front intake fans (dual 120mm) to have it direct the air more over the “problem children”.
