Well it worked. But I don't know about pics. I put the tubing in the boiling water for about 3-4 mins and then proceeded on. I still applied vasoline on the inside and the fittings. I must say that the MCP 650 is ok but I did not anticipate the small whirring sound that it emits. It is muffled by the 2 side 120mm ("silent") fans I have but it is somewhat noticeable. I will attempt to post pics later this week.

In the meantime thanks for the help. I know have another issue with my video card cooling but I will post that in another section.
