Anyone with a Blackice-II - what liquid flow rates do you get?

A question for anyone out there who has one of the HWLabs "Blackice-II" radiator's (the one sized for two 120mm fans), what sort of liquid flow rates do you see with the Blackice-II?

My reason for asking: I received a Blackice-II from Overclock-watercool.com just before Christmas which I suspect to be partially obstructed to judge from the very low flow rate I observed with it.

Using an Eheim 1250 pump, I clocked the time it took to fill a measured gallon container through the Blackice-II radiator I received at approx 158 seconds, or less than 0.4 gallons per minute. This is so much less flow than I see with my (original) Blackice, (on the system in my sig), that I am convinced that the Blackice-II radiator I received has some sort of blockage in it.

Does anyone have any flow rate measurements from their Blackice-II radiator's handy?
