It's a test bit of delrin, the process is to use a 2mm (1,5 cracks) mill bit to drill a hole and then move the bit 1.6mm to make narrow channels with loads if turbulence.
On the real block the holes that make the channels are going to be moved .8 mm in height to make the walls/channels more compact.

Seems alright I guess. Still not sure I understand what you're trying to do with the Delrin, and unsure why the turbulence you're trying to create is mostly being spent cooling the Delrin.
