Default WC Lili 6077B Concept, Parts coming.

Looking for some opinions and suggestions on this concept. It's only one circuit for now. I got the fan, peltier, and aux power supply from All Electronics. They have a ton of interesting electronics, and other junk. I felt like a kid in a candy store. Good prices too.

The CPU block I'm getting clips to the socket, will a coldplate and peltier fit under it? No one else was dumb enough to use this block with a pelt I bet .. Anyone know if one of these Speed Strips will unlock an athlonxp2100 palamino? Got a tip for making my own?

Cooling Parts
Swiftech MCW6002-A CPU Block
Peltier, 40x40mm, 3 - 15 Volt, 6 Amp
Heater Core, 1960 Ford Mercury Comet
CSP750 2" Cube Pump, 12 VDC, 3 - 6 Watt, 8 dba
Fan, 172x51mm, 24 VDC, 1.7 Amp, 300cfm @3400rpm, 57 dba
Carbon Fiber Yamaha Motorcyle Gas Cap Cover for the Reservoir
Auxiliary Power Supply, Mean Well # LPS-100-12 12 VDC 8.5 Amp

Other Parts
Lian-Li PC-6077 Black Aluminum Case, Extra Drive Cage
Matrix Orbital MX232 Black, Character LCD, 2x20, Blue Backlit
Vantec ION2 350Watt Power Supply With quiet 120mm fan
Vantec Black Nexus NXP-205 Rheobus
Asus A7V333 Mobo / Athlon XP 2100+ P / 512MB PC2700
ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB / Turtle Beach SantaCruz 5.1
2 x Western Digital 40GB HDDs / Generic Floppy Drive
Sony DRU-510A DVD+-RW / Sony CDU-5211 CD-RW

Will install the aux power supply on the floor of my case and power the peltier with it. Peltier set to max will leave me with 2 amps to play with. Any ideas on setting up a relay that will turn off the aux power supply, or just the peltier when I shut the pc down?
