I should have been more specific:
No NORMAL sharing on this lan. That is FORBIDEN.
Sharing will be done trough a dc++ server, wich limits the speed at wich ppl can download, so that it doesnt choke the network.

Of course, there will be always some assguys, who will keep sharing stuff only for a friend to get it faster, and somethings like that, and all the lan users will suffer with lag from them.
I want to try and stop them. want to share? use dc++

Can anyone help?
