This thing is roughly 4.5" in every direction, the fixed barbs seem to be about 5/8" OD and 1/2" ID. The casing is aluminum but the water only touches plastic and ceramic. I am waiting to hear back from this guy re more pumps and a price, so if you are interested, let me know and when I find out a price from this guy, I'll let you know.
