do a full reset of the unit and make sure you have a dhcp server
once it boots , use assit to find your snap server
it will list its ip and allow you to flash it.
installing drives in it will allow it to automagicly format them (large drives take much longer)
or you can use the web util to make a raid out of them. your choice
