A set of TEC water-chiller block plans are with the machinists at present. Depending on its success in that arena the basic design could be adapted to a fairly effective and cheap to make GPU block, and as a moderately effective CPU block. Design is more targetted towards cooling larger areas effectively, rather than the hot-spot focus designs that I've been concentrating on of late.
