Well....

Postal rates for a 5 lb package sent via the US Postal Service via air mail to Bulgaria are right at $20. Many online suppliers are willing to ship overseas with a small surcharge of around $5. That brings the heater core to ballpark $50US which is about half a British Thermochill 120.2 (which would be my second suggestion.

Its certainly doable. Most watercooling parts here in the use come via the mail. Even with import duties the overall price shouldnt be quite as bad as the Thermochill lines.

The downside is that it probably will be a fairly long delay in getting the HC there.

At current rates the ThermoChill runs around 50 British pounds while the '77 Bonne runs about $27.

Unless there is a decent domestic source its pretty much going to boil down to a wait time and just how much the duty will be.
