What would you like to see in a water cooling kit and what kind of prices?

I'm looking at a basic kit with a custom heater core simmilar to the black ice but better for about 165$ installed in an antec type case without psu for about 259$. The higher end kits will start at about 200$ or so.
Does this sound resonable? If not, why? And what kinds of options would you like to see?

I'll probably be using the custom cooling water blocks.
