Sorry this hase taken me so long but after moving house i had to find the cores again.
ths is the nova core on the left and cav core on the right
and again but showing how thick they are

width 19cm
height 19.5 cm

the cav core
wdth 19cm
height 23cm including the inlet outlet pipes 21cm wthout
depth 5cm

Personaly ive never imported a core myself. I normaly mod old vauxhall cores.
As far as the Vauxhall cores go the corsa and nova cores are then best. they will fit in a Cheiftec dragon with only a little modding of both core and case. IIRC the only differance between the corsa and nova is the shape of the tubes which does not relly matter as you have to cut them off to fit anyway. The Astra cores are slightly bigger but you can just about squeeze them into a cheiftech (i run 2x astra cores in my current project)
Never used a cavalier core myself. What are the dimensions? it looks to me like the same size as a astra but the tanks are a bit differant.
