I have the following system:

ATX-Mid tower case(2x 80mm Rear Fan Holes)
Celeron D 2.4ghz @ 3.6ghz(borderline overheating)
Abit IS7-E2
Raedon 9600Pro

What would be the best to get my system from 60C to under 40C? I am willing to do $175. Thanks in advance!
