I think typically cars are cheaper in Canada, and would be more geared to the Swedish climate.
Look for people in Canada that export farm equipment to Europe(tractors or deisel trucks), for things like that, they can sometimes throw in an extra vehicle in their shipment.

The Southwestern US is a much better climate. It's dry=no rust and there is very little snow=no salt=no rust. Plus he will save lots of cash on the exchange rate...send us your Euros
