I am new here. I currently have DD dual heatercore, mcw6002-64, mcw50, and Athlon 64 3200 winchester 939 and msi k8n neo2. I am looking for other members pelt cooling A64 also. I figured my heatload when overclocked theoretically will be 118w my pelt is 226.1w and my Delta T Max of the pelt is 67c. so I was going to get a meanwell 320w and some supplies later this week. Will I be able to use the meanwell with a 226w pelt and a 80w pelt for the GPU? Or will I need to mod off of the 12v on my ocz powerstream 520w? There is a meanwell 600w at sidewinder, but it's $230!! A little more than what I want to spend for a 2nd PSU. Also the swiftech mcw6002-64 is 63.5 x 63.5 mm. the Pelt is 50 x 50mm and my cpu including heatspreader is about 40 x 40mm. so is this ideal? I think as long as the block covers the pelt I am fine, but if the pelt is slightly larger than the cpu is that still ok? Please give any tips or advice for A64 tec. I am new to TEC. thanks
Oh, and can I mod my existing mcw50 with some foam and 80w pelt? or do I need to buy the mcw50T?
