There have been more dense arrays of hard drives with less cooling. I have never heard of any hard drive suffering a heat related problem, even in laptops where cooling is next to nothing.

And run everything inline, dont break it up like that. It adds complications and has no performance benefit.

Also, dont put the pump before the resevior, it is very difficult to prime it like that and restricts the inlet.
