From this thread on OCAU (sub. required) which was I think for the "rev 1" D4:

Quote:
Peak Pressure Head (mH2O) @ 0 flow - all values to be considered ±0.05m and were rounded to closest 0.05m interval. These were measured by hanging a length of tubing from a ladder on the second story landing of my house and marking the water levels reached at each voltage.

5V: 0.65m
6V: 1.05m
7V: 1.50m
8V: 1.95m
9V: 2.40m
10V: 2.90m
11V: 3.35m
12V: 3.90m

The 12V value of 3.90m is somewhat higher than officially stated (3.50m), but I checked this a number of times, including using a multimeter to verify the voltage. I have the ability to run the pump at up to 16V, but ran out of tubing (only had 4m of it attached to the outlet).
Would guess that max flow at 9v would be roughly 75% of max flow at 12v.
