I've got a Snap 2000 w/ a Mirrored configuration . Th primary IDE1 drive (10000, as te snap Log refers to it) recently took a dump on me. So, I dropped a new drive in there and hoped it would "Rebuild" the array. Sadly, I wasn't so lucky and it won't let me do anything. It continually says "contact support" on many of the menus. So, I'm running it in JBOD mode basically--

Any ideas on how to reset this thing so I can use it normally again?
