A few comments:

Depending upon your system, it may be easier to just add a second MCR120/Black Ice Pro rather than buying a BI Pro2 or Thermochill 120.2. The MCP350 is going to deal with the added restriction well enough; in many systems it's easier to fit 2 120mm sized radiators than it is to fit one 240mm long one.

Re: fans and undervolting. I would recommend for you to be honest about which is more important: noise levels or performance. Then choose a fan to give you either the most airflow for a given noise level or the desired performance. Undervolting more powerful fans will leave you with more noise at a given performance than a fan that was made to run at that lower power in the first place.

BI Pros vs. Thermochills. I have a Thermochill 120.2 and a BI Pro2 and they are both nice radiators. If I were using quiet fans (e.g. Papst 4312s or undervolted Panaflo L1As) then the Pro2 will probably perform a little better. If you are going to use the louder fans then you should get better performance from the thermochill.
