Suited for quiet lower-powered fans and acceptable performance with such

Still a way to go to be sure. Could be improved ala Lytron-style with the tubes. Could spend more effort on tuning the finnage vs thickness thing. Could offer optional properly designed shrouds for a nice performance boost.

Basically do everything possible to complement high radiator performance with quiet fans in a small form factor. Still more work to be done, but at least it's a step in the right direction is all I'm saying. For a radiator to be "made for computer cooling" the HWLabs radiators really need to step away from the car heater-core heritage and be built from the ground up to suit the goals of water-coolers.

An opportunity to lead the water-cooling radiator market forwards?
