Does the Danner Mag 3 perform better in restrictive loops or unrestricted loops? Which cpu block and gpu block peform the best under this pump?

I was thinking of pairing it with a DangerDen TDX w/ #4 or #5 nozzle and the new brass Maze4 gpu block. I'm also using the DangerDen Double Heatercore and 1/2" tubing.
