Overall a very good review. I really liked it. He's improved his review set of the pumps, and has presented it very well. Very thorough.

Three (small) improvements I can think of:

1) Actually measure the heat dump of the pump

2) Find a way to measure the noise level, or if not expressed as dBA, then at least a sound-snippet set of the compared pumps with a reference volume sound, such as him saying "Voice reference", and telling people to adjust their volume until it sounds like he's talking to them directly.

3) For the "real world" flow rate test, it would be nice to have more than a single example. The example he presented was one of a very low restriction set up with an outdated waterblock (Maze 3). Would be nice to have three setups, being low restriction (like the one he used), moderate restriction (White Water, RBX/TDX, or MCW6002) with a dual heater-core, and high restriction (3/8" ID tubed system) with some highly restrictive European block.

None of the above are critically important, just suggestions.
