Oop. Sorry M_D_K, I have not visited here for a while. You have my Go Ahead to produce as many of the things as your little heart desires.

However I would make it out of 2mm aluminium; 1.2mm just doesn't have the structural integrity and it will just collapse. Also I would put in the top fold as well so the rubber edge trim can be nestled in there, and to provide more structural integrity. For this make sure the top fold extends well into the triangular area.

Where'd you get that cool hose thing btw?

Conveniently, the coolant I am using is PF5080 fluorinert. This totally inert coolant comes in clear colour only and you cannot put dye in it (PF5080 is nearly twice as heavy and the dye would just separate). Obviously it does not need additives either.
The hose clamp on the pump is a Pi-thon hose clamp. Visit
their site for more info. If you mean the hose separator on the GPU hoses, that one comes from
Billet Specialties.
Since that picture was taken, I have switched to dual Opterons on an MSI K8T Master-2Far board. The blocks had new Xeon mountings CNC'd for them. Looks rather swish. Check out the project logs on Bit-Tech.net or Wizdforums.co.uk.
