I've seen a few referances to this higher chipset heat at Xtreme Resources, but I've not seen any exact wattage figures. I'd like to know myself just how much one of these chipsets puts out both stock & when running a high O/C, but I've not seen any estimates on that yet.

Both those chipset blocks are offered with brass tops, so no corrosion risks. Performance wise I would expect the Nexus to do a bit better due to the micro channel design. Another consideration would be pressure drop, and from what I've read the Maze4's is pretty low which is also a plus.

Even with a good high head pump such as your 50Z I'd still go with the lower pressure drop for myself. Idea being I'd rather keep the flow up for the CPU & GPU.
