Joe's little Quad Alpha would get its ass chewed against a Quad Sun UltraSparc III 900mhz with 8MB Cache per processor. But for the more practical Dual Athlons would have supperior ownage. But for the rich boy bling bling that can afford $500 per processor wholesale cost of the 2.0ghz Xeons, those would totally rock. But I don't think you can get much Overclockability out of them because of the boards they run on, Supermicro or Tyan don't really catter to overclockers. Then if your board comes with VRMs you have more stuff to hack up or worry about.
