yup, its the 13.5V model. At first I wired up the primary and secondary backward and MELTED my first outlet plug

after reversing wires, everything is sweet.

the green thing is a 12V LED, at 17 volts it starts to cook the green film off

but I needed something to drain the capacitors after I shut the thing off.

gonna order the second transformer soon, it will mount up right beside the first one.

BTW this stuff is fun.
