I dont know about the specs or model number but Ive seen that picture before. Thread here fairly recently was talking about the blueline pumps. Bill hinted on how bluelines very smallest DC pump is the MCP600. That one looks like the second smallest model. So Id ASSume its better performance than the mcp600. Less than a 20watt draw. mcp600 > mcp650 in terms of performance. So hey give it a shot and let us know how it goes =)
