Problem or not?
Hello all
I have a meanwell 320 5 V PSU with 50 A. I just bought a 320 watt peltier with 26 A and 15.4 V. I will be undervolting this tec for my GPU.
Now my calculations just started bothering me!!!
15.4*26=400.4 W
15.4/26=0.59 Ohm
5/0.59=8.49 A
5*8.49=42.45W
Is that possible or not?? Because that would fry my GPU!!
I also have another normal AT psu lying around with 20 A on the 5 Volt could I somehow attach this seriell to the other 5 V or not? Another question would be could I change the commutator to get 20 A -5 V then I would have 10 Volt electrical potential.
With 10 Volt I would have something over 169 W which I am aiming for!
