ok you said when you add the second drive that it get's dropped on reboot.
what about swapping drives first to second and second to first...
does it still drop teh second?
on a side note though the loud thunking sound isn't a good thing...
I have a drive that does that everytime i reboot...
I don't realy trust it anymore.
