I've searched and searched but I can't seem to find any articles or posts that handle this subject thoroughly, so maybe someone could point me in the right direction.

How does going from 12mm tubes to 10mm tubes afftect the cooling abillity of a system?

The reason for this question is that 10mm tubes are easiere to work with and I have a radiator that has 10mm in/outlets.
