I think it may be a good idea to change the name to something else just to avoid any problems. trademarking aside, if someone wanted to get one of your blocks & saw the MCW part as being related to Swiftech they would surf over to their site instead of yours. Then because they did not see this block they may either check somewhere else or just buy an MCW6002 because thats probably going to be seen as a related product to the uneducated buyer.

EK-Wave would sound good.
