Seriously sounds good what temp is the water at normally? and do you suffer high humidity where you are. do you drink this water? if yes then makes sure all copper soldered blocks are soldered using lead free solder. If you build a cooling project using it then I'd like a report with pics please
What I'd do is flow the water from your tanks through a heat exchanger tank so cooling your seperate PC circuit, if its cooler water of course.
