The guy in the second link's setup is pretty close to ideal. BIX3/50z/6002/2 x Maze4-Acetal. For your system its not more complicated than adding another 6002 block. For someone who doesnt want to do anything out of the ordinary (no external system, no car radiator etc) that setup is pretty much the best you can do unless you want to spend the $$$ on dual G5 blocks. Might want to add a NB block, might want to add another 50z or a 13.5v PS for the 50z or pair of them. Id also lose the res and just use a T line, but thats personal preference.
But taking that guys exact setup and adding another 6002 would be an awesome setup none-the-less.
