Its totally ghetto, but it gets the job done...

There is a 1-1/2" gap between the face of the HC and the case for air to get sucked up into the heatercore. There are 2 air inlet opennings, one as you can see in the picture on the front, and another on the back.
That is a totally inadequate amount of space for the air to get through. You are seriously hampering the ability of the fans to pull air-flow evenly through the core. You've probably gone and cut air-flow to about 1/4 of what it could be by having that radiator set up like that.
