Sigh, here we go again. Any current greater than few micro-amps at voltages greater than ~40 VDC or 40VAC RMS (at low frequencies) CAN KILL YOU. DEAD.

Err no it can't. Not if its really only a "few micro-amps". You can't even percieve that.
