Hi everyone...i am setting up my watercooling system and i just purchased this pump from ebay:

and i am planning to get this radiator (Watercool MO-RA 2 Pro):

Of course..i'll get getting the Alphacool waterblocks for my CPU (FX 53) and ATI X800XT vid card. In addition i am also getting the HD watercooling enclosure for my 2 15.3K Cheetah SCSI drives:

now the question is..according to the radiator's description, i can run passive..I would like my system to be as quiet as possible, will i still get acceptable temperature with that radiator running passively?
