I'd buy it if it used 1 pci slot only. In my next board, almost all 760mpx boards have 2x 64bit 66mhz slots only, and they are the top two slots. not convenient for me at all.
the iwill has them as the 1st and 3rd slots though, another 32bit 33mhz slot is the 2nd slot
